Wednesday, September 23, 2026
Conference kickoff, volunteer service project, exhibitor setup, board meeting, registration, opening ceremony, main-stage sessions, Quality Service awards, and a welcome reception with food, drinks, and music.
Thursday, September 24, 2026
Morning Mass, general sessions, breakout blocks, panel discussions, awards presentations, the NAFIC annual member meeting, and company-hosted dinners.
Friday, September 25, 2026
Optional workshop breakfast, an in-depth skills workshop, departures, and hotel checkout.

Registration Info

Registration for FFLC 2026 will open soon. Registration includes access to main-stage and breakout sessions, the welcome reception, scheduled networking events, and select meals, including Wednesday lunch and Thursday breakfast and lunch. Hotel and registration links will be posted on the FFLC website once available.

Please note: cancellations made within two weeks of the event start date will incur a non-refundable $100 fee to help cover fixed event costs.
