The Fraternal Financial Leaders Conference is NAFIC's flagship annual event, bringing together the best minds in fraternal finance for learning, networking, recognition, and growth. Open to all fraternal professionals, this dynamic three-day experience equips attendees with insight, motivation, and community connection to lead their careers and organizations forward.

The 2026 speaker lineup is currently in development. The conference team is curating a mix of main stage and breakout presenters from the fraternal, financial, and leadership worlds—each focused on helping you grow your practice, deepen client relationships, and lead with purpose. Conference Agenda Highlights

  • Wednesday, Sept 23, 2026 – Conference Kickoff: Volunteer service project, exhibitor setup, board meeting, registration kickoff, opening ceremony, main stage sessions, Quality Service awards, and an evening welcome reception with food, drinks, and music.
  • Thursday, Sept 24, 2026 – Main Conference Day: Morning Mass, general sessions, breakout blocks, panel discussions, awards presentations, NAFIC annual member meeting, and company-hosted dinners.
  • Friday, Sept 25, 2026 – Optional Workshop: Workshop breakfast and an in-depth skills workshop, followed by departures and hotel checkout.

Registration Info

Registration for the Fraternal Financial Leaders Conference 2026 will open soon. Your conference registration includes access to all main stage and breakout sessions, the welcome reception, scheduled networking events, and select meals (including Wednesday lunch and Thursday breakfast and lunch). Hotel and registration links will be posted on the FFLC website once available. Please note: cancellations made within two weeks of the event start date will incur a non-refundable $100 fee to help cover fixed event costs.
